Ester Cox

Ester Cox is our Vice President of Rental Properties. She has over 26 years of successful property management experience in Market Rate, LIHTC and Affordable Housing and has served in a myriad of roles throughout her career from site level to corporate positions, including Regional Property Manager, Portfolio Manager and Director of Rental Properties.

She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a graduate of the Disney Institute’s Business Program. She currently holds a Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license and is working on obtaining her reciprocity licensing in Texas. In addition, she carries the Affordable Housing designations of Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) & Assisted Housing Manager (AHM).

While much of her career was served in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, she returned to her hometown of Corpus Christi, Texas in 2022 to be closer to family. The move has given her the chance to give back to her community and focus her strengths and energy in providing Superior Customer Service and Moments that Matter to the residents of CCHA.

Her notable accomplishments include:

• Tidewater Multifamily Housing Council’s (TMHC’s) 2018 Regional Property Manager of the Year Award
