The Corpus Christi Housing Authority is open for business!

During the past couple months, we have suspended some of our operational activities in an effort to ensure the safety of our staff, residents and visitors from COVID-19. As Texas begins to fully reopen, the Housing Authority will resume operational activities that were previously suspended.

Everyone is still strongly encouraged to use our online access for Residents and Applicants at https://apply.hacc.org to apply for housing, check status of housing ranking and complete Interim Certifications.

Effective June 15, 2020 the following activities will resume:

1. Property Management Offices open to public 

2. Housekeeping Orientations resume 

3. Recreation Center open 

4. Lease Renewals – will resume, but with Electronic E-Signatures

5. Routine Maintenance Work Orders processed

6. Informal/Formal hearings

7. Portability and relocations 

8. Landlord orientations

9. Interim Certifications are completed online at https://apply.hacc.org

10. Effective July 1, 2020, HQS Inspections and Housekeeping Inspections will resume
